Who I am

This site belongs to Nina Regan, a photographer in Utrecht. I’m responsible for the data that comes in through it. Questions about that? Email me at byninaregan@gmail.com.

What I ask for and why

Only what you fill in on the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and whatever you tell me about your shoot. I use it to answer your enquiry — not for marketing, and I don’t sell or share it.

I keep your message for as long as I need it to help you. Would you rather I deleted it sooner? Just say so and I will.

Where your message travels

The form runs through Web3Forms, the site is hosted by Vercel, and your message lands in Gmail. Web3Forms is based in India with servers in the United States and deletes submissions after three years; because that happens outside the EU, they work under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. One cookie, bnr-lang, remembers whether you’re reading the site in Dutch or English.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email byninaregan@gmail.com.
